St. Martin's Crying Room

 We are fortunate at St. Martin's to have two Crying Rooms for young children and babies and their families at times when their child needs a private space for movement, expression, and screaming. Both the Lady Chapel (reached from the south door into the Education Wing) and the Undercroft (reached from the Narthex stairway) have speakers  that pipe-in the sound of the liturgy. In the Lady Chapel there is a carpet for play and movement. In the Undercroft there are tables, chairs, bathrooms, and a kitchen nearby. The sound system was given in order that young families and their children could be fully included in the liturgy, even during challenging times.
