Women’s Group – Mozzarella Making Workshop

Where: Main Street Cheese, Somerville, NJ

A hands-on class where participants learn the process of making fresh mozzarella, heating the curd, stretching the cheese, and forming into shapes. You’ll leave with your own homemade mozzarella to enjoy at home!
